Navigation data

  1. Method, storage time and duration of processing of personal data

The personal data provided through the Site or via email sent to AutomationWare S.r.l., shall be subject to collection, storage, archiving, access and reading exclusively by authorized staff commissioned by the Data Controller. In order to preserve the security of your personal data, AutomationWare S.r.l. makes use of industry-leading suppliers who offer guarantees on the application of the most rigorous IT security measures for the management of personal data. AutomationWare S.r.l. will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing, in full compliance with the storage obligations set by the law.

If your request for information and / or the formulation of estimates and / or spontaneous application does not follow the establishment of a contractual relationship with AutomationWare Srl, your data will be definitively deleted after a 12-month period from the receipt of your request or from sending the curriculum vitae. If, on the other hand, a contractual relationship is established with AutomationWare S.r.l., your data will be deleted, after a 10-year period from the termination / interruption of the contractual relationship, this is without prejudice to compliance with different conservation obligations established by law.

The personal data provided will be processed by the Data Controller, with the help of mainly IT / telematic tools, ensuring the use of adequate technical and organizational security measures, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 32 EU Reg. 2016/679, in order to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or processing of personal data that is not allowed or in any case that does not comply with the purposes of the collection.

Third parties

The personal data you provide may be communicated to public entities, institutional or professional subjects authorized by law to request its acquisition as well as, exclusively for the purposes set out in paragraph 3), to third-party or professional companies, used by AutomationWare S.r.l. for its business activity. It is specified that these “third parties” acts as, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679, Data Processors of the Data controller and, consequently, they guarantee, by virtue of a specific contractual agreement entered into with the Data Controller, full compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data. The list of third parties is available upon advanced request towards the Data Subject. It is specified how, in any case, the personal data of Data Subject will NOT be transmitted to third countries (outside the EU) nor will they be disseminated.
